Goods returned without prior approval and an approved Return Authority form will not be accepted.

Warranty periods vary by product type.
Warranty does not cover all components, accessories, fittings, misuse, poor installation, weathering, natural events, or other excluded causes.

10. Title and Risk
Ownership of goods does not pass to the buyer until payment has been made in full.
If payment is not made in full by the due date, Promax reserves the right to retake possession of the goods.
Risk in the goods passes in accordance with the applicable delivery arrangements.
11. Overdue Accounts
Interest may be charged on overdue amounts at a rate of 2.5% per month.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promax’s liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising directly or indirectly from goods supplied, services provided, or use of this website is limited to repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy determined by Promax in accordance with applicable law.
Promax is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of income, loss of production, loss of opportunity, or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand law where those rights cannot be excluded.
