Every Promax tank is made to order. Enter your order number and tracking PIN from your confirmation email to see exactly where yours is, from our factory floor to your gate.

Your order number (starts with SO) and 4-digit tracking PIN are on your order confirmation email. This works for web, phone and email orders.

Every tank is made to order right here in New Zealand — moulded, cured and quality checked before it heads your way.

While you wait: getting ready for delivery

  • Clear access for the delivery truck - tanks arrive on a large vehicle that needs room to get in and turn around.
  • Get your site ready - a flat, compacted base prepared before your tank arrives makes installation easy.
  • Keep your phone handy on delivery day - our driver will call ahead so you know exactly when to expect them.
