What if I purchase a bulk order?
Every Slimline, Septic, or Underground tank order earns you an entry.
Who can enter?
This competition is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who purchase eligible Promax products within the promotional period.
Can merchants or resellers enter?
Entries are open to end customers (builders, contractors, drainlayers, etc.) who are the purchasers of eligible Promax products. If you buy through a reseller or merchant, make sure your invoice clearly shows your purchase of a qualifying Promax product.
How will entries be tracked?
Entries will be based on qualifying invoices received within the promotional period.
Is there a limit to the number of entries?
No, the more you spend on qualifying Promax products, the more entries you’ll receive.
Do I need to register online to enter?
No extra registration is required. All qualifying purchases are automatically entered based on invoicing records.
What if I cancel or return my order?
If a qualifying order is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding entries will be voided.
Can the prize be exchanged or transferred?
No, the prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Promoter
The promoter is Promax Plastics Limited (“Promax”), PO Box 749, Kerikeri 0245, New Zealand.
Promotion period
The promotion runs until 28 February 2026. Only qualifying orders placed within this period will be eligible for entry.
Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who purchase eligible Promax products for trade use, including builders, contractors, drainlayers and other recognised trade customers. Employees of Promax and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
How to enter
One entry is awarded for every qualifying Promax Slimline, Septic, or Underground tank purchased in New Zealand during the promotion period. Entries are based on Promax invoicing records. There is no limit to the number of entries that can be earned. If an order is cancelled or refunded, any associated entries will be void.
Prize
Trade prize: 1 × $5,000 Milwaukee Tool Shout (retail value NZD $5,000).
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Milwaukee products are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the issuing brand.
Brand independence
This promotion is conducted solely by Promax Plastics Limited. Milwaukee, Visa, Mastercard and Prezzy are not sponsors of, nor are they affiliated with, this promotion in any way. The Milwaukee products offered as prizes have been purchased independently by Promax for the purpose of this promotion. Milwaukee, Visa, Mastercard and Prezzy do not endorse, administer, manage, or support this promotion, and have no responsibility for its operation or prize fulfilment.
Winner selection and notification
The winner will be drawn at random on or about 3 March 2026 from all eligible entries received. Promax will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner using the details supplied. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, Promax may redraw the prize. Promax may announce the winner on its website and social media channels.
Verification
Promax may request proof of identity, age and eligibility. Promax may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, incorrect, forged, or made using fraudulent means.
Liability
Promax is not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected or corrupted entries, or for any issues arising from network or system failures. To the extent permitted by law, Promax accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize.
Privacy
Entry details will be used by Promax to administer the promotion and may be used to contact entrants about Promax products and services. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promax Privacy Policy.
General
Promax may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if it becomes necessary to do so, provided this does not disadvantage entrants unfairly. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
